Mathew's comments: Viacom: Stupid like a fox?

There is embedding on the new Daily Show site. Of course, I couldn't get it to work on my site due to ongoing video challenges with my template, so I'm still waiting to see if someone can get it to work.

I agree the YouTube suit will limit the possibility of spreading their content and their advertisers' messages, but the site in general is pretty cool. Compare it to Comedy Network's here in Canada.
