I'm with you on the merging. I've been trying to use both today back and forth and it's tiring. Even with fairly different feature sets/selling points, I think there is only room for one of them to reach mass appeal.

Yeah, I agree -- I just think it's too late for Pownce to grab much momentum
away from Twitter. They're benefiting massively from network effects now --
I get four or five people following me a day, and virtually nothing on
Pownce.
