    Litigation is about getting paid. Partnerships are about getting paid. Which one would you choose if you were TW or Universal?

    This is a sabre-rattling tactic but the problem is that it is far too obvious. Neither TW, nor Universal want to be left out of YT and the ability to promote content in a profitable way, so partnership is they way they are going to go.
