  • The compulsory license idea is not a bad one on its face, it is just a matter of how to implement it and make it effective that raises a problem. From a legal standpoint, this is how such situations are usually resolved, but from a practical one, I agree, it needs a lot of work.

    Should be interesting to see if and how this moves forward. Personally, I think it is a non-starter.
