I wouldn't disagree with you, Andrew -- the downtime is frustrating,
and I wouldn't be surprised if something came along and stole some of
Twitter's thunder (although both Pownce and Jaiku have tried but not
succeeded, as far as I can tell). It's really the phenomenon I'm
interested in, not so much the specific app.
