We're definitely changing the web and business. It's a good thing though. We're molding the Business industry into how we will likely run it in the end. We're setting both the standards and the pace. You're right, this is only the beginning.

My employer isn't the most progressive, but we've been having some seminars with regards to the differences between the Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y. It's real. Funny thing is, even though their habits are quite different, Gen Y and the Boomers seem to hit it off well. It's just the grumpy Gen Xers (*cough*) who don't seem to fit it. I guess we're not as cute as the Gen Y cohort. :)
