Trouble is, that's only happened a couple times since I started listening this last spring. There are broken links galore, messages get lost, player quirks abound...basically, check it out, if you have patience. If you're the type to get pissed when your favorite song gets cut off right in the middle of listening or the 1000 word email you just pained over disappears after you hit "send"...stay far far far away from Jango. It seems to be in a permanent beta stage. I'd never pay for the service as is. All that said, it's a smidge better than Pandora because of the unlimited skipping feature.
