BTW, I'm assuming your title is subtlely humorous, as "king of all trolls" is, of course, trollish. Anyhow, troll kings live on usenet.

You're right, Sid. It was meant to be a little humorous. But I think Nick is definitely the dean of trolls, if not the king. Thanks for the comment.
