I just said they were dumb.  What is to be gained by&lt;br&gt;sending C&amp;D letters?  Nothing but negative publicity.  I'm sure they&lt;br&gt;could have worked something out that satisifed whatever legal&lt;br&gt;requirements they are concerned about.
