    Jim was hilarious. I thought that his most thought provoking point was that craigslist could make more money, but it doesn't need to, so it won't! He had a great point about businesses who layoff staff are usually doing so to meet a profit objective. I think that other industries/businesses could learn a lot from craigslist and perhaps conclude that enough profit is enough.
