It's a great site, I've been using it for a while - has quite the loyal following (at least if nominations for the Open Web Awards are any indication).

I'm glad to come across someone who actually uses it. What do you
like about it? It seems to have a fairly high level of participation,
which is something not all Web 2.0 sites have, for a variety of
reasons. Is it just because sports is something people feel
passionate about?

I'll put my sports blogger hat on for a minute and say that I've visited ArmchairGM before, but it was a while back when the look and feel of the site was uninviting, so I didn't go back until just now, and it seems to have improved some. It's been around a while, though.
