I hope it is cross-platform and searchable and supports the iCal format and all those other good things.

And Narendra, I wish you guys luck with 30 Boxes -- it's a cool app.

Mathew

Re: Hey Google — where’s my calendar?

It's all about the 30 Boxes. ;-)

We hope that google can cobble together a nice events database, but for UI, social network, and an open API that already has people hacking, we're moving fast!

Re: Hey Google — where’s my calendar?

The last time I really waited long for a Google product launch was their RSS feed reader and then they launched Google Reader, I still have NOT got over my utter revulsion to that offering

So, in short ... dont place your bets on a Google Calender product

Re: Hey Google — where’s my calendar?

I agree i can't wait till we see something else new from google.

I disagree with your comment about google page creator. I think they hit the nail on the head with it. It is easy to use, intergrates well......it is just another peice in the puzzle.

Thanks for good reading

cheers

scott

Re: Hey Google — where’s my calendar?

There's a great number of people who have been waiting a long time for a Google calendar offering. Hopefully Google is waiting until they get it just about right. There have been many calendar offerings lately but none of them have what it takes to really take off. Maybe paitience is the key here.

I hope it's soon though...

Re: Hey Google — where’s my calendar?

yes please Google!

having ditched outlook recently I'm eagerly anticipating a G-flavoured calendar.

Re: Hey Google — where’s my calendar?

They will do it differently thats for sure

Re: Hey Google — where’s my calendar?

If/when they do it, I hope they make it sync seemlessly with a pda running windows mobile.
