Being able to read the full paper for much less than a physical subscription is quite a desirable deal.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do, however, think that the paywall is frustrating and can easily alienate readers. It's akin to DRM on music - if protecting your business model involves hampering the consumer experience, something is wrong.
