Agreed - its a great match, and a well-deserved reward for all the hard work put in by Rafat and his team. It'll be interesting to watch it's development. While its supposed to remain independent, they'll have to tread a lot more carefully now. Disclosures, transparency, etc will need to be watched. I'm confident, they will do just fine. Congrats!
