    Did Google just get sued INTO a new revenue model? (online book store, assuming they will take a cut)

    I'm not sure they got sued into it -- Google has been trying from the beginning to interest publishers in how the scanning project could generate revenue, presumably for both sides.

    Interesting. I wasn't aware of such revenue plans prior to the initial objections of the publishers. Other than something obvious like contextual advertising.
    Either-way, it adds another piece to the Google store front and away from ads, which I find interesting.
