Thanks for the congrats Matthew! But, the real pats on the back belong to Tessa Sproule. It was her idea and she waded through all the approvals, I simply helped and was happy to be involved with such a great project.

I agree, Steven -- that's a big question mark for the growth of
BitTorrent and other P2P standards.

The whole experiment isn't being helped by Bell deciding that it is okay to traffic shape their customers - whether it be through downline ISPs or not.
