Thanks, Jim. That's why I thought it was kind of odd that John didn't mention it in his intro to the interview. Maybe he figures everyone has read the book :-)

I think the people who own Google should be ashamed of themselves! Bill Gross should never be broke if they are making all of that money! If it weren't for Bill Gross you guys would BE broke too.
