I agree that for local social/geo-community networks it helps that community members are not anonymous.

From my small slice of the world running a neighborhood social network that developed over a passionate school board issue I can attest that the anonymous comments many times derailed otherwise constructive discussions. After implementing a first and last name, 2 strikes / out, and the right of the admin to check ID in person (never had to do it) the discussions were elevated.

The main reason to write this letter is because, recently with the great help of God we could able to build a new Church for his cause. So, we are going to dedicated this Church on February 26th at Gunjavaram village.
